Access Technical Support with Sync

 

This platform allows our  Sync Assist customers to log support tickets and track job updates in real-time. 

Every contract type includes our rapid-response service, which ensures that you get the business IT support you need. With our core support model, you will have direct access to our Manchester-based Helpdesk team, all highly qualified and experienced support specialists, who are there to quickly log and respond to each ticket within 30 minutes.

We will also respond in clear and friendly language, leave us to deal with the tech jargon as we are there to support you. Support will be given between 8am until 5.30pm during weekdays.

If a ticket cannot be resolved remotely, then depending on the number of visits purchased we can either offer an engineer to attend the customer site to resolve the issue on the pre-booked in day; or we can arrange a particular visit using some of the contracted time that your organisation has purchased. Particular jobs can be allocated to an engineer who is booked in for a scheduled visit depending on the level of support the customer has.
